Does the Vault offer international shipping?

Not at this time. But if you’d like to purchase anything from the Vault please send your request to our Contact section and we will give you a quote for your order.

It’s been 11 hours since I placed my order and it still hasn’t been shipped. What do I do?

We’re not Amazon! Most orders ship within 1-3 business days. Please wait at least 5 business days before blowing us up. The less consumer service emails we have to answer each day, the faster we can ship your items.

I haven’t received my order, should I file a PayPal or credit card claim?

If you have any issues with your order please hit us up in the contact section first so we can address it. All emails are answered within 48 hours. Any issues within our control are always fixed swiftly.

How will I know when my order has been shipped? Will I receive tracking information?

The moment your item is shipped you will receive an email containing your tracking information.

What is a Pre-Order item?

Every item for sale on the Vault we physically have inside our warehouse. On occasion, we run quick promotional sales where we sell Pre-Order items. These are items that we don’t physically have in our warehouse and will normally take about 2 weeks to ship. All Pre-Order items will be noted with the expected shipping time in the items description.
